Live your healthiest life

In the old days the centre of a home was a room in which there was a fireplace, which would not only provide warmth but was also where most of the cooking was done. This space was where people would gather to eat and talk, over a bowl of soup or a cup of tea.

Anna’s Kitchen aims to be the modern day version of this room. A virtual space where you can read about how to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle, not only in the kitchen, but in your everyday life.

It is the result of  three decades of research, studies, courses, and a lot of reading materials on and around varying aspects of health and nutrition, including (but not limited to) ancient healing traditions such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and even Native American Healing.

Your health is your most precious possession. You cannot undo the past, but you can make choices now that will positively impact your future. It is never too late to start nurturing yourself and the best starting place is in your own kitchen.

As the father of medicine said:

“Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food.”

(Hippocrates, 460 B.C.)
